This Terms of Servive explains how SpeakDobre works and what both you and we agree to when using the platform. Please read it carefully before continuing.
By accessing or using SpeakDobre (the “Platform”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.
‍1. What SpeakDobre Does
SpeakDobre is an online English learning platform designed to help learners improve their speaking skills through real conversations, structured lessons, and daily practice.
We connect learners (“Students”) with qualified language instructors (“Tutors”) and provide an interactive environment to build confidence and fluency.

Our platform includes:
> Tutor matching based on level, goals, and availability
> Live group and private lessons
> Practice Chat for real-time English conversations with other learners
> Messaging and scheduling tools
> Lesson booking and secure payments
> AI-supported learning and feedback tools
SpeakDobre focuses on practical speaking, not just theory, helping students use English naturally in real-life situations.
Important:
SpeakDobre acts as a platform that facilitates connections and learning experiences.
We are not a direct party to agreements between Students and Tutors.
When you book a lesson, you are entering into an agreement with the Tutor.
While we aim to ensure quality and consistency, we do not control individual teaching styles or lesson outcomes. However, we may assist in resolving issues where appropriate.
‍2. Updates to This Agreement
‍We may update these Terms from time to time to improve the SpeakDobre platform, reflect new features (such as learning tools or Practice Chat), or comply with legal requirements.
When we make material changes:
> We will notify you through the platform or via email
> The updated Terms will take effect upon posting
> Your continued use of SpeakDobre means you accept the revised Terms
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed.
‍3. Who Can Use SpeakDobre
To use SpeakDobre, you must:
> Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
> Provide accurate and complete registration information
> Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or deny access to any user who does not meet these requirements or violates our policies.

4. Accounts and Membership
When you create an account on SpeakDobre:
> Your account is personal and may not be shared with others
> You must provide accurate and complete information
> You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials
> You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Membership and Access:
SpeakDobre offers both free and paid features.
> Certain features, including Practice Chat, live classes, and structured programs, may be restricted to registered or paying members
> Access to paid services is granted only after successful payment
> Membership benefits may vary depending on the plan selected (e.g., group classes or private lessons)
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform.
Subscriptions and Payments
> Some services are offered on a subscription or recurring basis
> By purchasing a plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase
> Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
> Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access to services
Account Suspension or Termination
‍We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
> You violate these Terms
> You misuse the platform or its features (including Practice Chat)
> You fail to meet payment obligations
In such cases, access to services may be removed without notice.
Types of Users
> Students: Book lessons, join Practice Chat, and participate in learning activities
> Tutors: Provide lessons and interact with students through the platform
Our goal is to ensure consistent access to high-quality speaking practice and structured learning.

5. Booking, Payments & Subscriptions
When you purchase lessons or subscribe to SpeakDobre services:
> Each purchase or subscription is considered a separate transaction
> Payment confirms your access to the selected service (e.g., group lessons, private lessons, or Practice Chat)
> Prices, packages, and availability may change at any time
Practice Chat Access (Membership Feature)
> Access to Practice Chat is available only to registered or active members, depending on your plan
> Practice Chat access may be limited, restricted, or removed if your subscription expires or is canceled
> SpeakDobre does not guarantee continuous availability of other users or chat activity at all times
Subscriptions and Billing
> Some services (including Practice Chat and learning programs) may be offered on a recurring subscription basis
> By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing according to your selected plan
> Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle
> Failure to complete payment may result in immediate loss of access to subscription-based features
Scheduling and Attendance (Lessons)
> Students are responsible for attending lessons at the scheduled time
> If you are late, the lesson may still end at the originally scheduled time
> Missed lessons without proper notice may be counted as completed and are non-refundable
Cancellations and Rescheduling
> Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled only with sufficient notice (at least 12 hours before the scheduled time)
> Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the lesson without refund
> Tutors may reschedule lessons when necessary, and a suitable alternative time will be offered
Payments
> All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
> You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees
> Access to paid features is granted only after successful payment
Validity and Expiration
> Lessons, packages, or subscriptions may have expiration periods
> Unused lessons or inactive subscriptions may expire without refund
"SpeakDobre does not guarantee continuous availability of other users or chat activity at all times".
6. Refund Policy
‍All payments made on SpeakDobre are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Lesson Purchases
> Once a lesson or package is purchased, it is considered final
> Completed lessons are non-refundable
> Missed or unused lessons without proper cancellation notice are non-refundable
In certain cases, unused lessons may be converted into platform credits at our discretion.
Subscriptions (Including Practice Chat)
> Subscription payments (including access to Practice Chat) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
> You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
> No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active subscription
Platform Credits
> Credits may be issued instead of refunds in specific situations
> Credits can be used for future lessons or services on SpeakDobre
> Credits are non-transferable and may have expiration dates
Exceptions
Refunds or credits may be considered in the following cases:
> Technical issues caused by the platform that prevent access to paid services
> Lesson cancellation by a tutor without rescheduling
> Duplicate or incorrect charges
All refund or credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of SpeakDobre.
Processing Time
> Approved refunds or credits may take up to 30 business days to process
"No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active subscription".
Our goal is to ensure fairness for both learners and tutors while maintaining the quality of our services.
‍7. Scheduling, Cancellation & Attendance
To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all users, the following rules apply to all lessons booked through SpeakDobre:
Cancellations and Rescheduling
> Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time
> Cancellations made after this period may result in loss of the lesson without refund
> Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions
Attendance
> Students are responsible for attending lessons on time
> If you are late, the lesson may still end at the originally scheduled time
> Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice will be treated as a completed session
Tutor Cancellations
> If a tutor cancels a lesson, a reschedule or appropriate compensation (e.g., credit) will be provided
> SpeakDobre may assist in resolving scheduling issues when necessary
Technical Issues
> Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and proper access to required tools
> If a lesson is missed due to the user’s own technical issues, it may be considered completed and non-refundable
These policies help ensure fair use of time for both students and tutors.
‍8. User Responsibilities
‍While using SpeakDobre,especially within Practice Chat and live sessions you agree to use the platform responsibly and contribute to a safe, respectful, and focused English-learning environment.
You agree to:
> Use the platform honestly and in compliance with applicable laws
> Communicate respectfully with teachers and other learners
> Participate in conversations in a constructive and supportive manner
> Follow instructions provided by tutors during lessons and group sessions
> Maintain the confidentiality of your account and login details
You agree NOT to:
> Use any language other than English in Practice Chat (unless instructed otherwise)
> Harass, abuse, discriminate, or behave disrespectfully toward others
> Share offensive, harmful, sexual, or inappropriate content
> Spam, advertise, or promote unrelated products or services
> Attempt to bypass the platform (e.g., taking lessons or payments outside SpeakDobre)
> Manipulate reviews, ratings, or feedback systems
> Use bots, hacks, or exploit system vulnerabilities
> Impersonate another person or provide false information
Enforcement
SpeakDobre reserves the right to monitor activity and take appropriate action in case of violations, including:
> Removing content
> Restricting access to features (including Practice Chat)
> Suspending or permanently terminating accounts
No refunds will be issued for account suspensions resulting from violations of these rules.
In short: respect others, stay honest, and focus on improving your English.
‍9. Content You Share
‍Any content you post or share on SpeakDobre (including messages, chat conversations, reviews, audio, or other materials) remains your responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
By using the platform, you confirm that:
> You own the content or have the legal right to share it
> Your content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
> Your content complies with SpeakDobre’s community rules and guidelines

License to Use Content
By posting content on SpeakDobre, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to:
> Use, display, and process your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform
> Analyze content (including chat interactions) to enhance learning features, including AI-based tools
> Use anonymized and aggregated content for research, analytics, or marketing purposes
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that:
> Violates these Terms or community guidelines
> Is offensive, harmful, illegal, or misleading
> Disrupts the learning environment or user experience
> We may also restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly share inappropriate content.
We respect your privacy and handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

‍SpeakDobre collects and processes certain user data to operate, improve, and secure the platform.
This may include:
> Messages and interactions within Practice Chat
> Lesson recordings (where applicable)
> Activity logs and usage data
How We Use This Data

> Provide and improve our services
> Enhance learning features, including AI-based tools
> Monitor platform performance and ensure security
> Resolve disputes and enforce our Terms
Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect your data and ensure it is used only for legitimate platform purposes.

By using SpeakDobre, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in this section and our Privacy Policy.
‍11. Disputes
‍If a dispute arises between a Student and a Tutor, the following process applies:
Direct Resolution
> We encourage both parties to first attempt to resolve the issue directly through communication
Contacting SpeakDobre
> If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact SpeakDobre within 3 days of the incident
> Requests submitted after this period may not be reviewed
Review Process
> SpeakDobre may review relevant information, including messages, lesson details, and activity logs
> We may request additional evidence from either party if necessary
Outcome
SpeakDobre may, at its sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:
> Issuing platform credits
> Rescheduling a lesson
> Taking action against accounts that violate these Terms
All decisions made by SpeakDobre are final.
Our goal is to resolve disputes fairly while maintaining a positive learning environment for all users.
‍12. Violations & Account Actions
‍If you violate these Terms or misuse the SpeakDobre platform, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.
Actions We May Take
Depending on the severity of the violation, SpeakDobre may:
> Remove or restrict access to content
> Issue warnings or temporary limitations on your account
> Suspend your account temporarily
> Permanently terminate your account and access to the platform
Serious Violations
Serious or repeated violations may result in:
> Immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice
> Loss of access to paid services, including lessons and Practice Chat
> Forfeiture of any remaining credits, subscriptions, or unused services
No Refund Policy for Violations
> No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of these Terms
Platform Protection
We may take any action necessary to protect:
> The safety and experience of other users
> The integrity and security of the platform
> The quality of SpeakDobre services
All decisions regarding violations and account actions are made at the sole discretion of SpeakDobre and are final.
Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment for all users.
‍13. Platform Limitations and Disclaimer
‍SpeakDobre provides a platform for learning and communication, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted service.

No Guarantees
SpeakDobre does not guarantee:
> The quality, performance, or results of any tutor or lesson
> Continuous or error-free access to the platform, including Practice Chat and live sessions
> The availability or activity level of other users in Practice Chat
> The accuracy or completeness of user-provided information
Service Availability
> Platform features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control
> We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform
Learning Outcomes
> SpeakDobre provides tools and opportunities for learning, but individual results depend on the user’s effort, participation, and consistency
Third-Party Services
> Some features (such as payments or communication tools) may rely on third-party providers
> SpeakDobre is not responsible for issues caused by these external services
Platform Role
SpeakDobre acts as a facilitator of learning experiences and communication between users.
We do not directly control all interactions, content, or outcomes on the platform.
Our goal is to provide a reliable and effective environment, but your progress ultimately depends on your engagement and practice.
‍14. Limitation of Liability
‍To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakDobre shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
Limited Liability
> SpeakDobre’s total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent purchase or subscription
No Responsibility for Certain Losses
SpeakDobre is not responsible for:
> Loss of opportunities, income, or expected results
> Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
> Issues arising from interactions between users (including Students and Tutors)
> Interruptions, errors, or technical failures of the platform
> The performance or outcomes of lessons, tutors, or learning results
User Responsibility
> You use SpeakDobre at your own discretion and risk
> You are responsible for how you use the platform and apply any learning outcomes
While we aim to provide a reliable and valuable learning experience, we cannot guarantee specific results.
‍15. Termination
‍You may stop using SpeakDobre at any time.
User-Initiated Termination
> You may cancel your account or subscription at any time
> Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds, except as outlined in our Refund Policy
> Access to paid features (including Practice Chat and lessons) will remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless terminated earlier due to violations
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account:
> Any remaining subscriptions, lessons, or credits may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms
> Existing bookings and obligations may still apply
> Access to the platform, including Practice Chat and lessons, may be immediately restricted or removed
Data Retention
> Certain data may be retained after account termination for legal, security, or operational purposes
> All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Termination by SpeakDobre
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
> You violate these Terms
> You misuse the platform or its features
> Required payments are not completed

‍This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpeakDobre operates.

Dispute Resolution
> Any disputes arising from the use of SpeakDobre will first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties
> If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be handled in the appropriate courts of the operating jurisdiction
Severability
> If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply in full force
Entire Agreement
>These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SpeakDobre
Limitation on Claims
> Any claims must be brought within a reasonable time after the issue arises
